Anxiety - it's something that nobody should have to deal with. But for people that are dealing with it - there is hope.
For people dealing with it, you feel like there is no way out. I, myself suffer from anxiety. I had it for years without realizing what I had. I thought that I was just ridiculously nervous and that I just needed to calm myself down.
Although this year, my anxiety took on a whole new level. I'd reached the point where I was getting so worked up to the point where I was physically sick. Part of me knew that I had no reason to be nervous about the places I was going, or the exam I had to complete.
I had to do something about it. Someone told me that for me to overcome my anxiety I should try and right down the times I was feeling sick and what was going on inside me. It helped. But then I stopped talking to this person and eventually came across a wonderful youtuber - Zoella.
I watched so many of her videos and realized that she went through many of the things I was. A few days later I stumbled upon her video - "Just Say Yes." Basically the video was about her trying to overcome her fears and saying "YES" to things that she wouldn't usually say yes to, like going out with friends or meeting new people.
I decided to take Zoe's advice; it was time for me to say "YES."
I've said "Yes" to quite a few things over the recent months and I'm happy to say that my Anxiety appears only a few times a month now - whereas it used to be every single day.
My advice to you, is the advice I took from Zoe; just say YES. Trust me, it does a lot of good. Of course, don't say yes to anything that could be dangerous or anything that is illegal. I also recommend that you watch Zoe's video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HG-WbtoAf2k
This video helped me so much. I hope it helps you too. Always have hope!
